This is the third show my friends, and I have seen recently at The Magnolia where the acoustics have had absolutely no depth or texture. Everything comes in at the same decibel so you can’t distinguish singers from music, resulting in it all being way too loud. Between the band blaring, and the lights being repeatedly shined directly into our eyes, we couldn’t wait for intermission to leave. My guests and I commented on how fortunate it was we had not brought a family member who has epilepsy as he could have easily suffered a seizure from the bizarre light action. The Bee Gees were great in their time! This… definitely was not.
