Housed in Detroit's iconic skyscraper The Fisher Building, The Fisher Theatre is one of the city's oldest live theatre venues. When it originally opened, the theatre featured an Aztec-themed interior, with real banana tress and live macaws, but has since been remodelled into something slightly less tropical. Operated by The Nederlander Organisation, it's hosted many world premieres throughout the years, including Hello Dolly! and Fiddler on the Roof.
