I concur with the other review 10 plus. Maxwell was fabulous and so exciting as always. I never miss a Maxwell concert. I have seen him from his beginnings which was my first encounter in Las Vegas. I have traveled to Pittsburgh several times and Georgia and I am never disappointed until the show ends and I want more, more,more!!! I have seen him so much until my brother tells me Maxwell should let me in free. I am one of his biggest fans because he is the most exciting entertainer out to me. I actually got moved up because the show was over sold. The (Aretha Franklin Amphitheater) is a nice summer venue and has so much relevance to the city of Detroit. I am a mother and this is a great family place with many restaurants nearby and it is close to downtown Detroit.

If I could give this concert a 10 I would. Maxwell never disappoint. He "sangs" dance, smile and just exhibit FUN to perfection as he is performing! Always easy on the eyes and well dressed ...And the awesome quality that is missing with a lot of people in this world is ever present in Max and that's "Humility" as he interacts with his audience. I never miss his concerts in my hometown!!! He is my Fav' for sure! Looking forward to the next concert!!

Great Show, Great Vocals, Great Back Ground Singer, and Great Band. Don't miss your chance to see him. You won't regret it, and you'll be glad you did. I'm putting him in there with Marvin. He left me wanting more.

Was in town with Kids for vacation. When I heard Maxwell and xscape was going to be in town… had to go. This was my first time seeing Maxwell in concert. It was a great show. Glad I attended.

This experience w As by far one of my favorite since attending shows that Mr. Hunter and his team put together. As a kid seeing Jay Z, Trina, Ludacris and so many more, seeing Maxwell topped it off for me. The arena was nice and the performances were spectacular. I traveled from Charlotte NC and didn't have one regret other than leaving to go home. I look forward to attending other events.

We were not disappointed, my first time seeing Maxwell as well as being at the Am way center. The show was awsome! The event was very organized. Escape looked great as well.
