LATE ARRIVAL: With the increased traffic in the downtown area, patrons are advised to allow adequate time for travel, parking, walking to the theatre, security checks, finding seats, etc. Patrons should plan to be in their seats at least 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled show time. Shows start at the scheduled time. Once a performance has started, seating in your assigned seat may be restricted. You may be placed in alternate locations, if available, or not seated at all. This policy will be adjusted as necessary, at our sole discretion, to minimize overall disruption to the performance.

CAMERAS, AUDIO AND VIDEO TAPE RECORDERS are not permitted in the Fox Theatre. Taking photographs or using recording (audio/video) devices is strictly prohibited.

As a special exception to the Fox Theatre's operating policy, personal cameras will be allowed during Sesame Street Live performances. There may be other exceptions to this policy on a per show basis. Video and Audio devices, however, remain strictly prohibited from the Fox Theatre.

CELLULAR PHONES are not permitted in the theater. Paging devices must not be audible.

DOCTORS AND PARENTS, as any patron, cannot not be paged during a performance. If you are expecting a call, please leave your name and seat location with the house manager or ticket taker. Direct your call to (313) 471-6490, attention house manager.

We also recommend that parents leave their seating location with their child care provider in case of emergencies.

SMOKING is prohibited. The Fox Theatre is a smoke-free environment.

FIRE EXITS are indicated by lighted, red signs. Please use the exit nearest your seat for the shortest route out of theater. The ushers will assist you.

BARRIER-FREE seating locations, restrooms and telephone facilities are provided. Please advise the box office of special needs and seating requirements when ordering tickets.

F.M. HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICES are available on a first come, first serve basis. To obtain a headset, please see an usher. A driver's license, charge card identification or picture ID must be exchanged for a device (this is a complimentary service).

RESTROOMS serving main floor patrons are located in the lower level lounge areas, men's on the right and women's on the left sides of the theatre. Mezzanine and Gallery A, B and C men's restrooms are located on the left and women's on the right sides. Barrier-free restrooms for mobility impaired patrons are located on the main floor and Gallery C, left side. For assistance, please contact an usher.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE are permitted in the seating area at most events. Bars are located in the Grand Lobby, as well as on the Gallery levels.

FIRST AID is available at all events.

TELEPHONES are located in the handicapped restroom foyer on the main floor, house left, and in the Men's Lounge.

LOST AND FOUND items are turned in to the head usher at the event. Please call 313.471.6490 to inquire.

ELEVATORS to the Mezzanine and Galleries are located to the right of the Grand Lobby.

ATM located in Fox Theatre box office. Hours are 10 a.m-10 p.m. Monday - Saturday and during events.
